He proceeded to scream at me as well, calling us a bunch of White Trash and threatening to call the base police. I very nearly called them myself, and looking back probably should have. I have never felt so unsafe in a campground - public or military.
They too were in perfect condition, cleaned daily with bath mats provided. Large concrete pull-through sites with conveniently placed hook-ups along with picnic tables made the stay very pleasant. The entire park is paved which helps cut down on dirt/dust . Guests were friendly, yet people mainly just stay to themselves and are very quiet. There are many longer term and full time "residents" here and everyone seemed happy and respectful. We even had our mail forwarded here the entire time we stayed.
Neat park

Their campground wi-fi is very fast and reliable, but we also used our pep-wave router at times as well. The laundry room we used atleast 2-3 times per week and they were always clean, well-lit, and everything was working. The private showers we took advantage of as well to save the wear and tear on our rig.
Trails West RV Park
Level concrete pad with nice grass area. I slept late and was leaving just by check out and it was obvious the grounds crew was anxiously awaiting my departure. I would stay again if passing through. Did not use facilities or have contact with staff. Interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance... The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor.
The slide has a hide-a-bed sofa, hide-a-leaf dinette, refrigerator, pantry, and TV in the bedroom. The bedroom also offers a king bed slide. Used 2015 Forest River RV Mountain Aire 4553
Beautiful setting not too far from the interstate. Very friendly staff with escort service to site. Sites are large and spacious with lots of privacy. Concrete slabs that are very level.
There is no reason for the Fam Camp to look the way it does. As one other person commented, it appears to have been taken over by homesteaders. Many campers in the park had hard foam insulation around their base and you could tell the occupants were in it for the long haul. However, even at that, I counted 3 empty spots, so it would have been possible to stay there, albeit, not all that pleasant. As stated earlier, the base commander should be ashamed.

Pavement can be asphalt, concrete or paver stones. Minimizing dust and capable of supporting large heavy RVs this RV park or campground has pavement. Tourist - Provides facilities for tourists.
My pup loves to socialize but didn’t get that here. Otherwise, this was a pleasant stay. We arrived after dark and the only complaint I have is the entrance was hard to find as the sign is not lit up. Other than that it was a great experience. A staff member guided us to our pad and helped us get parked. There are pretty trees and quiet.
We have used this park annually since 2017 to see our family in the area. Great TV. No pool or WiFi but it's camping. Paved - Paved roads or site pads.
We stayed here in our 40' RV with toad for 1 month from mid-March to mid-April 2022. Due to being here a month we had a steeply discounted nightly rate. I can't say enough good things about this RV Resort.
If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star (), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms. We called ahead from the freeway to see if there were any available spaces. They had a pull through space that was all cement and level which was perfect.
As usual these g7 parks are very nice. I wish other parks allowed that. After camping mostly on dirt or gravel, it’s nice to be on a huge, clean cement slab for a change. They do allow you to use a propane fire pit and they sell propane here. The cell service is 4 bars but Verizon throttles down the bandwidth so it’s still slow.
Pull-thru - Provides pull thru style RV campsites. Pull thrus allow RV owners to more easily park without backing up. Pull thru sites are available at this location. Click the ICE logo to submit your evaluation on this campground directly to the responsible department. Very spacious and clean park with a friendly and accommodating staff.
We did not visit the restrooms or laundry, but assume they are as good as the rest of the park. The man we worked with was very helpful and friendly. We stayed one night at this park. The park employee came out and led us to our space in a golf cart. He showed us where to hook up to services. The only negative was the electric connection on the pedestal was loose.
